WHO? Who does restorations in or near the Northwest? I was looking and got frustrated.... I live in Portland, and I have talked to Pat at P-Town, he says they will do it for me, and the 'resto-guy' at Sportique reccommended P-Town, ...but it is allways best to get a second opinion `ya know. Call it laziness... but I don't feel like 'finger-searching' every-body. WCLW fixes Lambrettas, I got that.... Sportique fixes Vespas... I got that. I know of Casa Lambretta, and P-Town,... Who else, and who is best?

Well, Mike, I don't really know where you are....  I wrote this blog as part of my 'promote the NW experience' campaign.... I have the '50s Vespa to 'totally' restore, a V-sprint with a couple of mechanical problems, and a ser.3 Lambretta which needs a kinda 'makeover'.... but the real reason I asked is because I prefer the classics, and people might want to know of someplace to go.  It is springtime now, so most people are interested in riding (me included), but if you wanna help me with my scooters excellent!  I am eventually going to fix-up some scooters to sell and I would need parts doing that, plus the fact that I have pretty much no experience at all with Vespas, I can use any and all help available to me.  ...Let me know how to connect.

Hey George,

I am in Portland and have done plenty of restorations.  You should come by and chat.

Peace,

Mike

not a lot of options out there because the best restorers only do their own projects. very few take on projects for other people. Patrick and P-Town do good work, some of the best work in the NW. If you're just looking for a paint job, I can recommend someone, but Patrick would be a good option. what's your budget? George, I suggest you come down to May Day and meet some people. you won't get real far just posting on internet boards.
